These terms are between you and Metoda LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, 1231 Service Dr, Gardnerville, NV 89410, USA ("Metoda", "we"). They apply to domain registration and renewal ordered on domains.metodai.com.
Metoda LLC is a reseller and is not itself an ICANN-accredited registrar. Domains are registered through Realtime Register B.V., an ICANN-accredited registrar (IANA ID 839); .rs domains are registered through a registrar accredited by RNIDS, the .rs registry. Generic domains (.com, .net, .org and other gTLDs) follow ICANN policies. Country-code domains (such as .io, .co, .me, .si, .ba and the .rs family) follow the rules of their own registry. By registering you also accept the registration rules of the registry and the registrar for that extension.
You are the registrant of the domain. You must give accurate contact details and keep them current; registries may suspend domains with false or outdated data. A domain is only yours once the registry confirms it — until then it can be taken by someone else.
Prices are shown in US dollars per year, before you pay, and the total is shown at checkout. Payment is made by card through Stripe and is charged by Metoda LLC. Registration and renewal cost the same in our price list; if a registry changes its own fee, our price list changes for everyone and the new price is shown before you pay.
Domains do not renew automatically. Renew before the expiry date in your account. We email the address on your account about 30 days and 7 days before the expiry date and once after it. An expired domain may stop working. During the registry's grace period you can still renew it at the normal price; after that it can be deleted and registered by someone else. Restoring a domain from the registry's redemption period costs extra; we quote the fee by email before you pay. See ICANN's Expired Registration Recovery Policy.
If a paid registration cannot be completed, we refund the full amount. Once a domain is registered or renewed, registry fees cannot be returned and the payment is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
You may not use a domain for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware or content that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend a domain when a registry, registrar or authority requires it.
For international domains, ICANN describes your rights and duties in Registrants' Benefits and Responsibilities and in its registrant educational materials. Disputes about who may hold a generic domain name are decided under ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP); country-code domains follow the dispute policy of their registry.
Free web hosting is included for a domain while it is registered with us and uses our nameservers. It is meant for personal and small business websites. It ends when the domain expires or is transferred away. We may limit or suspend hosting that harms other customers or breaks section 6.
You may transfer your domain to another registrar under the rules of its registry. Get the transfer code on the domain page in your account; for .rs domains, RNIDS sends it to the domain's administrative contact. Transfers from other registrars to Metoda are not offered yet.
We keep your account details and order history. Your registrant details are sent to the registrar and registry, as every registration requires. Card data is handled by Stripe and never reaches our servers.
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected domain in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
